Our PAWstory
Our founding Executive Handler takes care of Clinton County's first Canine Advocate (court dog).
In this work, many great dog lovers ask about how to train their dogs and how their dogs can work in the community.
In 2022, along with other community dog lovers our Leaders of the Pack (LOP) formed.
Collectively our LOP has many years of experiences in nonprofit work, dog handling and training, business, education, and community service.
Throughout 2022 we established Giving Paws as a legal 501(c)(3 organization and developed policies to ensure best practices
of our agency, Leaders of the Pack, volunteers.
In 2023 our support dogs got their Paws on the Ground in our community, and we launched Paws & Friends to help fund our mission!
Thank you to all who gave PAWtastic support as we launched our services!!
